Dependent visa

You may have to extend the Visa by observing the procedures of law otherwise you may have to apply for students Visa afresh.

That is only US embassy can extend your visa, just apply for extension of fresh visa whatever applicable to get your edcuational degree

 you have a few options to continue your studies after your dependent visa expires:

 1. *Change of Status*: Apply for a Change of Status (COS) to an F-1 student visa, which is the most common visa for international students.

You'll need to: a. Obtain an I-20 form from your university. b. Submit Form I-539 (Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status) to USCIS. c. Pay the required fees.

1. *F-1 Visa*: Return to your home country and apply for an F-1 visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. You'll need to: a. Obtain an I-20 form from your university. b. Schedule an interview at the embassy/consulate. c. Provide required documents (e.g., passport, I-20, proof of financial support). 

1. *Optional Practical Training (OPT)*: If you're in your final year or have completed your studies, you might be eligible for OPT. This allows you to work in your field for 12-36 months while maintaining your student status.

Consult with your university's international student office or an immigration attorney to determine the best option for your situation. They'll help you navigate the process and ensure you maintain your legal status in the USA. Remember to apply for the appropriate visa or Change of Status well in advance
