I am a doctor by profession,i own a ground floor flat in a residential area. I plan to study further hence wanted to know if it is possible to shift the clinic in less than 30% of the flat, secondly i have been doing consultation, Filling,RCT and crown i don't do any surgical procedure.
If it is fine to shift do i have to have a different electrical and water meter

Hi..Yes it can be opened in a residential apartment.
From my point of view its a grade idea as now people prefer less going to market area and do online bussiness activities.Moreover now every residential area has its own shopping malls,hospitals,taxis,eating joints,etc. So,its not going to be difficult for your clinic to flourish in an apartment .
