Asked GHMC Malkajgiri under RTI ACT 2005 to provide me a copy of the building plan of the GK's Ushodaya Apts at SVColony , RK Puram, Malkajgiri Circle, GHMC . I am the owner of one of the flats in that apartment building. Appl date was 9 Feb 2011. Yesterday I recd a reply by post from PIO alias Dy COMMISSIONER Malkajgiri circle which sats " you arehereby directed to submit notarised affidavit duly stating that the purpose for which you have required and held responsible for any complication in future."
As I understand an applicant is not required to intimate the reason for which the document is required.
Pl advice how to approach and bring this to the notice of the SIC / CIC.
