Once the order is not challenged within the time frame as an appeal before judicial authorities, authorities may demolish such structure at any time as per directions of superiors and co-ordination of Revenue, local and police may be essential for such extreme step and it may take time as this is not a priority in the pandemic stage. It is always proper to contact a local advocate for getting an injunction order from competent court against such demolition.
