Demolition notice by mcg

I received Demolition Notice from Municipal Corporation Gurgaon but address is different in Notice. Can you provide case laws from SC or Punjab and Haryana High Court where court granted stay

Quick Summary
If you've received a demolition notice from the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) but the address listed is incorrect, you may be able to seek a stay order. The Supreme Court or the Punjab and Haryana High Court might grant a stay if you can prove that no encroachment has occurred and your construction adheres to approved building plans. You will need to research relevant case laws and judgments to support your application.

The court will issue a stay order against the demolition if you are able to satisfy it that encroachment has not been done and that the construction has been done in accordance with the sanctioned building plans.

This is not the stage of research for Citation / judgments, however, it has to be found by you.
