Demand Notice

Dear Expert,

i was joined the organization on 21st April 2022 and i left that organization within one week .i.e. 29th April. I have absconded from that organization. I am not having any asset of that organization. Now that organization has sent me Demand notice of Rs. 257000 /- in last week.

So could you please guide me how to tackle this situation.

Without going through terms and conditions of employment in organization, it is not possible to express opinion.

In employment terms and condition they have mentioned that if i want to leave the organization then need to serve 3 month notice period. But before left the org i was connected with HR and reporting manager through mail and telephonic communication.
