 why police always blame? why not judge, lawyer & law minister?

You are very correct, on each and every stage there is some delay, influence and corruption prevaling in our judiciary system, there is urgent need for changes in the rules. Every person involved in delievering justice, let be at any stage, should be made responsible and accountable by law. -capt Singh

When million of cases are pending before the Courts in India and there is shortage of Judges, the court rooms the infrastructures etc then why to blame judges, why don't you blame the politicians who nevear think for the improvement in delivering justice?
