delay in filing a suit

ok your reply is valuable but my doubt is that a time bar of fifteen years of delay in filing a partition suit in our case may give any advantage to the dependent

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about a significant 15-year delay in filing a partition suit. While one perspective suggests there's no strict time limit for filing such a suit, it's noted that this could change if the individual has been ousted from the family property. The general consensus is that partition can be filed at any time, but specific circumstances might be relevant.

No time limit for partition suit unless you have been ousted from family.
