Delay condone in appeal

can we appeal with delay condone against award (arbitration) under chit fund act

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the process for appealing arbitration awards under the Chit Fund Act. Awards can be challenged under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act within 90 days of receiving a copy, with an additional 30-day grace period. Importantly, the Limitations Act does not apply to filing objections, meaning a delay condonation application is generally not maintainable in these cases.

Award passed by arbitrator can be challenged u/s 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act within 90 days from receipt of Its copy from Arbitrator .Beside 90 days 30 days grace period is also provided thus objections against award can be filed within 120 days of receipt of it's copy Limitations Act does not apply in filing objections so delay condon application is not maintainable.
