A Lawyer mishandled my case with Consumer Forum repeatedly. First he did not appear for hearing, so case was dismissed; then he delayed filing appeal with State Redressal Commission by 4.5 months; so it was rejected. Thirdly he did not inform me about this for 13 months so time to go for National Forum also lapsed. What action can I take against lawyer. Mopstly lawyers do not take up case against other lawyers. How can I restore the case. Rgds.
