i have filed appeal suite but respondents are not replying.they have accepted the summons.they are coming regularly on dates but they are not replying.it happened two times now in next month again there is date.
can i request for default judgement bcz they r not answerable.
when i can req for default judgement ?
i have to wait for next coming date or anytime.?
