Sir in 2017 jan software company fired me from job of allegation of me kidnapper murderer but in 2019 I came to know that as per document submitted by company to labor commissioner that no proof of same allegation.
Query: Will my time limit of filing civil defamation counts from 2017 or 2019 since I only got company enquiry document in year 2019 and came to know the enquiry report in 2019 only

No proof no evidence sir.and they only submitted that no evedence of aligation in enquiry report
