Declaration of title vs permanent injunction

Sir/Madam,

in my friend land dispute some lawyers given suggestion file declaration of tile, some advised file permanent injunction, we have no depth idea in that. So please can you explain difference in both?

Quick Summary
When facing a land dispute, lawyers might suggest filing either a declaration of title or a permanent injunction. While a permanent injunction is typically sought by the property owner, a declaration aims to formally establish who holds the title. The specific nature of your dispute is crucial in determining the most appropriate legal action.

Generally permanent injunction can be filed by titleholder (owner) of the property, whereas relief sought for "declaration" is to decide and pronounce title of the property .

Prima facie it is an academic topic for discussion and not a real problem faced by author.

You have not mentioned the nature of dispute between you both.

On knowing the correct dispute,  proper opinion can be rendered
