Decide the following case

A supplies B a lunatic with necessaries suited to his conditions in life .is A entitled to be paid for? Give reason.

Quick Summary
This discussion examines whether a supplier is legally entitled to payment for providing necessaries to a lunatic, considering their station in life. The prevailing view is that payment is not automatically due. This is because a contract, requiring offer and acceptance, is generally needed for such an obligation to arise.

No. When there is offer and acceptance takes place only it can be applicable.
