Presumption of death is governed by sections 107 and 108 of the Evidence Act, which allows for presumption of death for a person missing for 7 years to be raised in appropriate proceedings before the court. you may file application along with reports

You have to file suit for declaration before civil court in regards to death of that person on ground of that person is missing from more than seven years so it may be presumed and declared him dead.

After getting the report from the Police, you have to file a declaration suit with a copy of the report given by the police concerned.
please take final report from police and then file case of declaration of death in civil court. it is very easy process even you can do by your own. 9322523623
