1n year 2016 ,software company terminated from permanent job stating i am kidnapper murder by false allegations.i got enquiry report only in year 2018.after alligation company ket in premises for 45 days and also paid me 45000 overtime pay.
Can I filed for damages?i any time limit for filling for damages

Yes, facts posted are vague and disjointed. Is it that there was a criminal case registered against you for the said allegation? What is the relevance of overtime wages? Or, is it subsistance allowance because you were placed in suspension?

No criminal case.its over time wages.On complaint to LAbour commissioner,copmany submitted that no proof of such alligation
.My query was just is a time bar for filling damages
