What are the remedies available to a landlord if a tenant demolishes or cause to have demolished whole of the constructed building rented out to him in Delhi?
Is it also a criminal offence under CrPC/IPC?
Can he be evicted from the property on the basis of demolishing whole of the building and thus causing irreparable damage to the property and huge loss to the landlord?
