Cyber fraud

One item worth Rs 20000/- was  ordered by  me on a reputable  Eccomerce Website .  As the Power Supply was not included I asked the site to provide names of Sellers Merchants  from where I could purchase the Special Power Adapter which is not available in India .

However this Ecommerec website  is Denying  to provide names of Sellers  or the  Power Adapter  which a necessary component  for the product to be operational yet  sold  the product  the transaction was conducted online. This feels like scams or cyber  fraud. This feels like  "cyber fraud"  as company used deceptive online practices to facilitate the fraud and now is denying a REFUND or the Power Adapter

You have repeated the same question again now while today itself you had opened another thread posting the same question and many experts have given their opinions to your question, you may better visit that thread for knowing the answers instead of opening new threads in urgency, out of your anxiety.

That sounds frustrating, and situations like this show why transparency and clear policies really matter online. I try to avoid platforms that hide details and stick to services like https://melbetnigeria.org/, where terms, payments, and support processes are clearly explained. Having that openness upfront helps reduce the risk of disputes and builds much more trust.
