culpable homicide and murder

What are the facts? what is the context?

culpable homicide or murder is same
.. every culpable homicide is murder but every murder is not culpable homicide.
it is depends on facts.. culpable homicide amounting to murder or not amounting to murder.
like.. 1) grave and sudden provocation
2) self defence
3) public servant
4) consent+18
these all are culpable homicide
and like premeditation and some others are murders
