As per the concerned query!

Under section 245 (2) of Cr. P.C when a case instituted on a warrant case and the lower Court after hearing the counsel for the accused holds review that the accused were rightly summoned and the material produced by the complaint under (section 244 )of the Cr.PC does not indicate the charges to be groundless

Further, it shall make an order to that effect and proceed in the matter by law and shall be free to adopt such measures to procure the attendance of the accused as the law permits.
