CRPC 482

Sir
I am paying maintenance @20000 per month to wife and two children.Wife has filed maintenance petition in DV Act, sec 24 and revision for enhancement in HC.498 already dismissed.Should I file crpc 482 in HC against multiple maint petition.

Dear Client, You should file a Criminal Revision against the 125 Cr.P.C against maintainance before High Court its a Final Order so Revision will entertain and the second parts of Maintainance have separate remedies so for more clarification you may contact us then I'll elaborate properly.
