we both are divorcee and started living together, just after 9 month baby boy were born and she left my home . and demanded 15 lakh. we denied .she filed 498 and all.
now she filed 125 crpc. my mother received notice.how should I reply should I consider this as marriage or live in.I doubt all this is a drama and child is not mine.
