In complaint case inspite of Sdjm court directs the SHO or iic to file the Chargesheet .the io is not submit ing the charge sheet wht is the best remedy to seek relief in this case to file a case again before Sdjm court or at HC for submission of Chargesheet by io

Whether the accused is lodged in jail or "out" ?

Whether SDJM has the power to direct the police to file charge-sheet ? If so, under which provision of law ?

First, issue notice to concerned IO and complain of the inordinate delay to the superior authority. Also, explore the possibility of making a petition before HRC pointing out the inordinate delay.
