Criminal lawyer

My opinion is, you are the best lawyer for your own case since you know your case grounds, merits properly and represent self before the court of law properly.

Please appear Party-in-person and argue to-the-point with proper citations. This will be disposed of within hardly 2-3 hearing and 2-3 weeks in High Court with free of cost (Except court fees and miscellaneous expenses).

HI Rocky , i seen here there are instances here even thru party in person they been held for long time.

Cases in High Court Party-in-person do not take much time. I myself have done the same.

Lawyer will behave very well with you first time to take your case and money, then they will say, -

1. Your case in not coming in the daily case list. What to do?
2. Today your case was in the daily cause list however, it was at the last and could not be called during the business hours of the court.
3. Today there is strike in the court so not hearing.
4. Bench has changed so getting delayed since your case in backlog list.
5. Public prosecutor is absent today so no hearing.
6. Blah-Blah-Blah! - - - - - - much more bluffing. 

There is a high chance that you will spend a lot of money with zero output.

If always recommend to appear in-person.

Choice is your since life is yours.
