You have concealed material facts and posted this query as if it is based on presumed facts.

You have stated that, "....when a person is accusation of allegedly rape a girl known for several year and who has conceived a child due to the alleged rape..."   whether any FIR has been lodged or not ?

The victim was known the accused for several years even than if she has not reported the case it is not covered in the definition of "rape" but same is consensual.
