Criminal Judgement Writing (Sample)

I want a sample Judgement of Criminal Case in India based on FIR, how to make an examination report and other things to be included.

I have never written a judgement, kindly help me out.

Quick Summary
This discussion provides guidance on writing criminal judgments in India, referencing Sections 353 and 354 of the CrPC. It outlines the essential components of a judgement, including the court's language, points for determination, and specific details for convictions or acquittals. A link to sample judgments from Delhi District Courts is also provided for practical reference.

Please study Sec.353 and Sec.354 of Crpc which shall detail with the points w.r.t. judgment. In brief the judgment (Criminal) should consist of following: 1. Judgment should be in Language of court. 2. Ii should contain points for determination. 2.If Judgment is of convicted the judgment shall specify the offence and Sec.of IPC or any other law for which the accused is convicted and punished. 4.If judgment is of acquittal, the judgment shall specify the offence under which the accused has been acquitted and shall be directed to release at liberty. Etc.
