criminal case

this regarding cheque bounce case v filed on 2019 May and the opponents did not attend for three hearings thn judge isssed BW/NBW over accused but still police did not arrest and presented in court for continus three months and this month Jan 24 I attended hearing in court, judge gave me handed issued warrant to me get me arrested by police Ystrday we went wth constable thn came to know that accused expired last year..now wt is the next step for this.. help me.
