I would like to know if we can prosecute directors of foreign company for fraud and gaining unlawfully.
A cicil suit is already filed against the company. We would like to file a criminal case again specific employees for fraud. All employees are resident of Canada.

Yes , if u have solid ground that they Canadians cheated with Indian jurisdiction, you can definetaly catch them out in Indian Court.
