Credit card debt

Citi bank is send me email where they say that the account Credit Card was charged off 2 years back however they are in the process of initiate the legal action. As per my understanding , SOL in india of 3 years which will be over in March 2021 . I am jobless and will not be able to pay anything. What are my options of they will raise a legal suit against me .

if they raise legal suit against you, appear and contest the case.
