It seems like you're concerned about the credit card company chasing you to your home in India for unpaid dues while you were in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Here's what you should know: 1. _Credit card company's rights_: The credit card company can attempt to contact you for repayment using the contact information you provided, including your Indian phone number. 2. _International debt collection_: However, it's unlikely that they will send someone to your home in India to collect the debt. International debt collection can be challenging and costly. 3. _Communication_: Respond to their calls or emails and explain your situation. They may offer alternatives, such as a payment plan or temporary hardship programs. 4. _Update contact information_: If possible, update your contact information with the bank to ensure they can reach you. 5. _Seek professional advice_: If you're concerned about the debt or potential legal implications, consider consulting a legal or financial expert in India. Remember, ignoring the situation or communications from the credit card company can lead to further complications. Address the issue and explore available options.

The KSA agents cannot file any reovery suit against you in India for the cause of action that arose in that country.

If they are handing over such cases to local agents in India, then they may knock your door and adopt all illegal means for recovery.

You can give a police complaint on such illegal activities of the agents and seek protection.
