Be it corona virus or any health issue has to be treated as Personal information and should not be disclosed to outsiders.   It all depends on custodian of the information and circumstances.

What is your dispute / problem for proper consideration and obligation of experts.

"Time-Pass" topic.

Being a learned, how could you end up by saying 'time pass topic'! Just one member in the family got infected with corona, entire family members  were being stop to step out from their house to get their basic needs. Is this justifiable without being tested for it. Some were even troll badly as if they committed a heineous crime. I was just seeking the expert opinions as to help those people. Perhaps We live in a different place that makes you to draw such an unhealthy conclusion.

Nothing wrong in treating whole family as quarantined.
