In a suit for compensation, LRs of the deceased defendant(s) can be impleaded only when cause to sue survives in succession.

Post relevent facts for consideration and obligation.

Hello,

The remaining LRs of the claimant can proceed with the case. You can inform the court about the death of LR of the claimant. The case will continue with the remaining LR and defendant.
