Court fee for title declaration

I purchased physical shares worth six lacs (present market value) in an off market transaction. Received original share certificates from the seller along with share transfer form duly notarized. So, completed the share transfer form from my side and sent to the share transfer agent to get the shares transferred to my name. After some time, the share transfer agent rejected the transfer on the grounds that that signature of seller doesn't match with their records and asked me to submit new share transfer form from the seller attested by his banker. When I approached sellers' address, I came to know he has shifted and not traceable anymore. Only option given to me now by the transfer agent is to get the title to these shares established through court. So what would be the court fees involved here given the fact that I am already the legal owner to these shares and legally entitled to as I had completed the formalities from my side and only because the transfer agent asked me to get new share transfer form but the seller is not available I am approaching court and not because I am claiming something for which I have to pay court fees as a percentage on the total value of what I am claiming. Had the transfer agent asked me in proper time without delaying, I could have provided the new transfer form and I wouldn't have to go to court. Transfer agent delayed for 4 months to ask me new transfer form from the seller and during this time, the seller shifted and gone untraceable. Kindly help me know the court fees and procedures involved.
