I have filed a declaration suit for the joint property with my wife at a Civil Court and paid court fee of Rs.80,000/- The civil court had transferred the case to Family Court being it is a dispute between husband and wife. I learned the court fee at Family court is only Rs.50/- Is it possible to get back the amount I paid at the civil court?
