court commision property

sir i rented a property from builder in june 2010. after that in 2012 bank of baroda officer came and inform me that is a morgage property with his bank and earlier it was seal. i show them rant aggrement and payment sleep so they and i convienced that builder cheated both us. and i did court commision and i stay their. can bob do seal that property again ??? as i am a single parent lady with one girl child. cout orderd strictly that property cant sale, morgage or gift. suggest me legal advise
