Court case by nri

I am an NRI and have dispute over property in Punjab. I want to lodge a court case. Is there any special provision for NRI cases to be heard on fast track?

What is the dispute pertaining to? As of today, there is no provision for fast tracking property related cases of NRIs in Punjab.

At present no fast track court hearing is available in india for property related dispute.
