Counter in hc

Dear Friends,

I have filed appeal in High Court in divorce matter, notice has been reached to respondent and respondent's advocate has filed his vakalath but not filing counter even after months of filing his vakalath.

Is there any remedy available to me? What can I do so that respondent files his counter.
