Sir, I had purchased plot nos 3 & got registered, after 4 years the plot nos were changed to 4 due to a revised layout map submitted with the city development authority, at the present seller is in bed & can't move. can I get rectified deed without the presence of the seller? or Please advise on the same. thanks

Hello,
Sub - registrar can visit seller's place on payment of necessary charges. So in the presence of sub-registrar seller can execute the rectification deed.
