Cooperative society employee

Hi Sirs,

Please let me know if an employee working in a Handloom Weavers Cooperative (Production and Sales) Society as an accountant considered as a public servant?

No he is not a public servant.

Cooperative Society employee is not a public servant as he is not a cooperative department employee.
