Coop societies

Mah Govt circular dated 30th July 21 allows physical holding of AGMs for Societies having less than 50’members
But if some Societies having less than 50 members held AGM by physical presence of members, say on the 10th of July 21, is it a valid meeting?

You can go through this act about your querry. Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 provides order and laws for development of co-operative societies in the state of Maharashtra. This Act was passed as a law by the Maharashtra legislative assembly in 1960 enacted in the eleventh year of the Indian republic.

This is a circular issued by Maharashtra Govt under the special powers under Disaster Management Act. It will not be in the Cooerative Societies Act. We need to interpret this circular against this background
