In which case was it held that if an accused is charged of a major offence but he is not found guilty, then he can be convicted of all the minor cases in case the facts established indicate that such minor offences have been committed?

The answer to your question is that it was upheld in the case of "State of Himachal Pradesh V/s Tara Dutta".
