second marriage without Divorce

If govt employee who is already married wants to marry his female colligue who is divorced and they don't want to keep on record this marriage
means they want to marry in temple to escape bigamy .
Will they b able to make academic documents of their new born child just like - Aadhar card, residence certificate without legal identity of their marriage?( for example - ration card , bhamashah ,jn aadhar etc which married couple has )

Can female employee register her child name only in service book,
in case they don't want to show their marriage in service book ?

Marriage with other women and not yet been divorced, married held either in public notice or in private space it amounts to bigamy.
Coming on documents, if marriage is not in public in society where you dont hold a status on what basis you can add that man as a father?? its not possible. Documents can be made as a child of a single parent.

But what for them who r suffering contested divorce for long time n don't know when will grant final decree just bcz of slow judicial system n curruption.
people have to do it under cirrmumstance .
