i had a quarry
actually there is a good friend of mine kishlay who took a credit card from bank and used it after some time at the time of payment he became a defaulter and now he had logged on the bank website using vikas another friend mobile.
so the bank recovery agent thinks that the vikas whose mobile had been used on the website is the perso phone of kishlay and they are calling the family member of vikas thinking of that they are kishlay family. so after repeate attempts the bank recovery agent are not listening so now what should vikas do to come out of this situation..

You can file police complaint against the bank employee. Police will take action against them.
