Hello friends,
Can anybody update on the current status of the writ that has been filed and challenged before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court vide W.P.(C) 2792/2011? The matter was adjourned and stay was granted till 23rd May 2011. So what is the present status?

Learned counsel for the respondents prayed for four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. The prayer stands allowed. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within three weeks therefrom. Call on 6th September, 2011. Interim order passed on earlier occasion shall remain in force till the next date of hearing.

The matter appeared on 9.9.2011 when an application for amendment of Writ Petition was made, on which Notice have been issued and matter is posted on 22.11.2011
