Please inform what is the rule for charging the maintenance for a co-operative housing society for different sections like, tenants, commercial usage etc.? As per my information there is a sealing of 10%.
My wife has started a Educational toy library in our flat and the society started chargeing 25% additional maintenance. Does the Educational toy libraty (Rent Basis), Day care center etc kind of things come under commercial usage?
Please guide.

please provide the location of the society - is it in MAHARASTHRA - ALso is the society a residential cum combined society (combined structure of shops, offices and residences!) are a full fledged residential society!

This is in Maharashtra, Pune and Full fledged residencial society.
