I am from Dombivali, i owned 1BHK Flat with Pagdi system in Old dombivali gav area. we are paying rent Rs.700 pm. Landlord divide all room in Building (Total 30) with his cousin. My room owner is responsible for 3 Flat to take rent. Recently he offer us to convert his 3 Pagdi to Ownership.
So my Q is what should be charge to convert Pagdi room to ownership room?
is it possible to convert pagdi to ownership for only 3 room in Building out 30 room?
Pls help me to understand what should be chages for all proceedure.
