I'm currently a resident of Karnataka, since 13 yrs, I'm planning to buy a farmland in Andhra Pradesh (since laws in Andhra allow a non farmer to buy a farmland), the intention is, that I'd try to get it converted to residential after 7-10 yrs.
I wanted to know, that based on current laws, I'd be able to do that or not ( considering the title of the land is clean)
