India marriage is considered as a religious alliance of a man and a woman for life and thus a prenuptial agreement is legally not valid under the Hindu Marriage Act in India.

My friend is getting married and she wants to do agreement for security reasons so that no one can snatch her rights or freedom of everything from her.

Already women rights are very biased towards women. No one can snach her rights
