Contract labour vs out sourcing employment

Dear Experts,

Please clarify what is the different between Contract Labour / Employment and HR Out Sourcing Employment ?

What are the rules to be empowered for Out sourcing employment.

The word Employment needs no explanation I suppose!

Outsourcing means when u do not employ staff Directly on your rolls but engage an agency who recruits the required staff on its rolls and get your work done through them. This is an indirect form of Employment

 

Contract Employment means Employment on a contractual basis

Contractual Employment  could be direct or through an agency (i.e. Outsourced)
