I want to take advice from expert, If any Agency Provides Contract Labour less than 20 Nos in a particular Industry needs Contract Labour License ? If the Agency has provided service by providing Manpower to different Organisations but less than 20 in each and total more than 20 nos can he eligible to get Contract Labour License ?
